We deliver every day of the week except Friday’s, from 11am to 7pm following the settled region’s schedule.

Q. What is your office working hours to give customer support?
Our office working hours is from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Q. What is the minimum basket charge?
There is no minimum basket charge, although there is a delivery charge of AED 30.00 for orders below AED 200.00.

Q. What if I have missing items?
It can happen that we are unable to find one or more items of your order but made sure to contact you previously to delivery.
Our team will inform and suggest other products that might suit your needs in replacement.

Q. How do you deliver?
Our delivery trucks have double compartments, fresh (+4) and frozen (-18) to guarantee a maximum freshness and food safety.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
You can choose from the following payment methods as per technical availability:
• Cash on delivery.
