- 6 soupspoons of sugar;
- 1 juice of one lemon

Directions
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar and lemon juice;
- Mix the Frutã soursop pulp, the condensed milk and cream in a blender;
- Divide the cream into bowls and top with the beaten egg whites;
- Place in the fridge;
- Serve after four hours.

- 1 and a half tea-cup wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
The pie filling
- 400g mango pulp;
- 1 condensed milk;
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin.
Directions
- Mix together the butter, sugar and the yolks in a mixer until they become a cream;
- Gently powder the cream with the wheat flour mixing it with your hands;
- Make a ball and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes;
